Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Predifluxion Ltd collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) as applied in Cyprus.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is:
Predifluxion Ltd
Stavrou Venizelou Street 25, 2231 Latsia, Nicosia, Cyprus
Email: contact@predifluxion.com
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. We are not required to, given the nature and scale of our processing. Send any data protection question to the address above and it will reach the person responsible.
What we collect, and why
1. Enquiries you send us
When you submit the contact form we collect and store:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your company name, if you give one;
- the “area of interest” you select;
- the content of your message;
- the page you submitted the form from;
- the IP address the submission came from.
Why: to read your enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record of the conversation.
Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — where you are enquiring about work. Where your message is not about a potential engagement, our basis is Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. The IP address is stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in preventing automated abuse of the form.
Please do not send us special category data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data and similar) through this form. It is not the right channel for it.
2. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser user-agent strings. These are generated automatically by the server, not by us, and are used for security and diagnosing faults.
Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
3. Email correspondence
If you email us, we hold that correspondence in our mailbox for as long as it is relevant to our relationship with you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies for ordinary visitors, and loads no analytics, advertising, or social media tracking. There are no third-party scripts, no embedded fonts loaded from other domains, and no pixels. We have deliberately kept it that way, which is why you have not been asked to accept cookies.
Cookies are set only if you log in to the site’s administration area, which is limited to our own staff. Those are strictly necessary session cookies.
If we introduce analytics in future we will ask for your consent first, through a banner, and update this policy before doing so.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
The following processors handle data on our behalf:
- Hostinger International Ltd — website hosting and email. Our server is located in Frankfurt, Germany. Hostinger processes data under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a lawful request from a public authority.
Where your data is held
Your data is stored on servers in Germany, within the European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA. If that changes, we will update this policy and put an appropriate transfer mechanism in place first.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: kept for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and reviewed periodically. Enquiries that did not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. We delete sooner on request.
- Server logs: retained by our host on their standard schedule, typically a short rolling period.
- Records relating to work we have carried out: retained for as long as required by Cypriot tax and company law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected;
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, where there is no overriding reason to keep it;
- Restriction — ask us to stop using your data while a concern is resolved;
- Portability — receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format;
- Object — object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email contact@predifluxion.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, please tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Cypriot supervisory authority:
Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
Iasonos 1, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus
Website: www.dataprotection.gov.cy
If you live in another EU or EEA country, you may complain to your local supervisory authority instead.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted and protected, and enquiry data is stored on our hosted database rather than in any third-party form service. No system is completely secure, but we take the measures appropriate to the data we hold.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top. Material changes to how we use data already collected will be notified directly where we hold contact details for you.
