These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any work we carry out for you — that is covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence.

Using this site
You may read, browse and share this site freely. You may not:
- use it in a way that breaks any law, or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to the server it runs on;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with its operation;
- scrape or harvest content at a scale that degrades the service for others;
- submit false information, or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising.
Enquiries are not a contract
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Work begins only under a separate written agreement setting out scope, timescales and fees.
Content and accuracy
We write the content here carefully, and the case studies describe real work. Client names are withheld where confidentiality applies; the challenge, the work and the result are described as they happened. Nothing here is a promise of a particular outcome for your project — every engagement is different, and results depend on circumstances we do not control.
Articles published under Insights are general commentary, not professional advice for your specific situation.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, the logo and the curve mark, code and images — belongs to Predifluxion Ltd or is used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce substantial parts, or use our name or marks to suggest an association that does not exist, without written permission.
Where we carry out work for a client, ownership of the deliverables is dealt with in that client’s agreement. Our standard position is that all accounts, code and credentials are in the client’s name.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This site is provided for information; it is not a service you pay for, and we provide it without warranty of any kind so far as the law allows.
These limits apply to the website. Liability in respect of work we carry out is dealt with in the relevant client agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country’s law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
